Vignelli Center for Design Studies is a building planned to house the entire archive of renowned designers Massimo and Lella Vignelli, two members of the Board of Trustees. The building will house the Vignellis' comprehensive archive of graphic design, furniture, and objects. The center will foster studies related to Modernist design and will position RIT on the international forefront of design studies.

Construction

The building is scheduled to open in September of 2010.
