RIT Leadership Institute & Community Service Center (abbreviation: RLI & CSC, RLI) is an organization that focuses on making RIT students leaders in their careers and communities.
RLI hosts a number of leadership development workshops, as well as offers leadership certificates for the completion of a curriculum of leadership development activities. A group of students are actively involved in RLI's leadership programs. This group is called the Student Advisory Board, and they have regular meetings to plan leadership retreats and Connectology. The department also hosts leadership retreats and Alternative Spring Break. Previously, RLI was in charge of organizing senior events, but now the College Activities Board does that.
Community Service Center was previously named Student Volunteer Office (SVO).
