Welcome to RITpedia, be sure to look through the policies and guidelines. If you have any questions or need help with anything, leave me a message on my talk page. --Richard Edward Latham 02:42, 17 May 2010 (EDT)

Welcome! Just two comments: You should put information about yourself on your user page, not on your talk page. Also, when writing on a talk page, please sign your post with four tildae (~~~~). Kari Marie Hazzard 12:57, 17 May 2010 (EDT)

We also recommend you use the Template:Infobox user for your userpage. --Richard Edward Latham 13:07, 17 May 2010 (EDT)
You don't really need to worry about "doing this right". As long as you're not removing content without any reason or working to deliberately harm the site, there isn't really a wrong way to edit. As with Wikipedia, we ignore all rules when they interfere with our goal of creating a useful guide to all things RIT. Of course, there are right and wrong ways to format content (we really need to write up a guide on MediaWiki syntax at some point), but the beauty of a wiki is that anyone can correct everyone else's mistakes.
