Brick City Cafe is a dining option located at the Al Davis Room in the Student Alumni Union. It is essentially the meeting place for all students, staff and faculty for food and chit-chat.
In continuous efforts to offer health-conscious options, the chefs create Eat Well Live Well options such as Vegan, Gluten-Free, vegetarian, Dairy-Free and Low Sodium choices.
For breakfast, the BCC will offer a variety of options such as an omelet station, grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches or, if you're patient, specially-made sandwiches, eggs of any style, French toast, pancakes, waffles and crepes.
The BCC also has a specialty lunch that rotates every weekday. Wednesday's lunch primarily consists of slow-roasted turkey and cranberry sauce, all year round and Friday's lunch is battered or baked fish. They also provide fresh, homemade soups, potluck specials and a single-serve salad bar.
