When dealing with other editors, all RITpedia editors are expected to assume good faith. In other words, everyone is to assume that everyone else is trying to help rather than harm RITpedia and the quality of RITpedia's content unless there is evidence to the contrary.

If another editor does something you don't like, let them know. Be assertive, but don't engage in personal attacks. Maybe the editor is misinformed, or maybe they know something you don't. Be constructive and stay positive. Most other editors are legitimately trying to help the wiki, even if you disagree with the way they're going about doing it. Don't assume otherwise.
